About the organization

It is a specialist B2B technology marketing agency. We help global technology vendors and their partner ecosystems turn complex propositions into clear, commercially effective marketing that builds buyer momentum and delivers measurable outcomes.

About the role

We are looking for an organised, detail-focused Media Operations Executive to support the accurate and efficient delivery of media campaigns, from brief through to completion. You will coordinate campaign delivery, manage digital advertising operations, maintain budgets and documentation, create media proposals using approved templates, and support campaign reporting, including telemarketing campaign reporting. You will work with our Media, Performance, Strategy and Account teams, as well as clients, media partners and suppliers.

What you will do

Campaign delivery and project coordination

• Coordinate campaigns from brief to completion, including timelines, budgets, assets, tracking, approvals and reporting

• Maintain accurate briefs, campaign records and project information

• Track actions, dependencies and deadlines, following up with internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and escalate missing information, delivery risks, scope issues or delays early

• Create media proposals using approved templates and update them based on feedback

Advertising operations

• Set up, traffic and manage digital campaigns in line with approved plans, budgets, audiences, and creative and tracking requirements (training provided)

• Complete pre-launch quality checks and maintain consistent naming, budget and tracking standards

• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing, support routine optimisation and help resolve platform, creative or tracking issues

Media administration and budgets

• Maintain media schedules, supplier bookings, purchase orders and budget trackers

• Reconcile planned and actual spend, invoices and supplier costs

• Keep timesheets current and flag budget or scope issues early

Reporting and data

• Make sure tracking and reporting requirements are documented and implemented accurately

• Gather, check and organise campaign data for internal and client reporting

• Provide clear commentary on delivery, pacing, performance and optimisation

• Prepare regular telemarketing campaign reports, validate results, investigate discrepancies and summarise outcomes and next steps

Communication and teamwork

• Respond promptly and clearly to clients, colleagues, media partners and suppliers

• Take ownership of work quality and handle campaign data in line with privacy and security requirements

• Support colleagues during busy periods and suggest practical process improvements

How your time is split

• Campaign coordination and project delivery: 50%

• Media administration, budgets and supplier coordination: 20%

• Reporting, documentation and team support: 20%

• Campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring and optimisation support: 10%

What we are looking for

• Experience in media, digital advertising, campaign operations, project coordination or a similar role

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence working with budgets, spreadsheets and performance data

• Clear communication and the ability to manage competing priorities, follow through and escalate issues appropriately

• A practical, collaborative and accountable approach, with the ability to work independently and across time zones

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to have

• Familiarity with advertising platforms, reporting tools or workflow systems

• Agency experience or a relevant qualification (not essential; we value demonstrated capability and willingness to learn)

How success is measured

• Campaigns are set up accurately and delivered on time

• Budgets, records, tracking and reporting inputs are complete and reliable

• Risks and delivery concerns are escalated early

• Stakeholders receive clear, timely and professional communication

• Agreed utilisation and job profitability targets are met
