Terms of Service

By accessing or using RemoteHunt ("Service"), available at remotehunt.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RemoteHunt is operated by Egor Aizen, an individual sole trader based in Israel("Operator", "we", "us"). RemoteHunt is not a registered company. By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept this. The Operator is the data controller for the purposes of applicable data-protection law.

RemoteHunt is an AI-powered job search automation platform that provides:

• Aggregation of remote job listings from multiple sources
• AI-powered job matching and scoring based on your profile and preferences
• Automated cover letter generation
• Job application tracking and management

RemoteHunt is a software tool that assists with job searching. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome from using the Service. We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employment service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Creem(creem.io), our third-party Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing, and the prices and terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. By purchasing, you also agree to Creem's terms of service. Payment processing may be pending verification; if unavailable at your time of visit, only the Free tier is active.

• Free tier: No card required. Includes a weekly-refreshed feed showing your top 100 matches per search, 3 tailored cover letters per week, 50 AI coach messages per month, and 3 tailored resumes per month.
• Paid tiers (Pro $24.99/mo or $199/yr, Pro+ $39.99/mo or $329/yr): Recurring subscriptions with a daily-refreshed feed, deeper search, and higher monthly quotas. One-time packs (Deep Scan Pack $5, Cover Letter Pack $9) are also available with no subscription. Features as described on the billing page at time of purchase.
• Automatic renewal: paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price each month or year until you cancel. One-time packs do not renew.
• You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time from Settings. Access continues until the end of your current paid period, and cancellation stops all future renewals.
• We do not offer refunds for consumed quota or partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or plan quotas with 30 days' notice to existing users.

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including resumes, cover letters, profile information, and preferences ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your User Content to employers, recruiters, or any third party unless you explicitly initiate a job application through the Service.

The Service uses AI to generate cover letters, job match scores, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use
• AI-generated cover letters and other outputs are suggestions, not final documents
• You should not submit AI-generated content to employers without reviewing it first

Job listings displayed on the Service are aggregated from third-party sources. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing
• Verify the legitimacy of employers or job postings
• Guarantee that listed positions are still available
• Have any relationship with the employers whose listings appear

You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any job opportunity before applying or sharing personal information with an employer.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false or misleading information in applications
• Use the Service to spam employers with bulk applications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

All content, code, algorithms, scoring systems, branding, and design are the property of the Operator. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal job searching purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your job applications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including removing job sources, changing AI models, or modifying features. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and ceasing use. Upon termination, you may request export of your User Content within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
