We are looking for a Support Engineer to keep Kyivstar's Big Data platform and data products running reliably every day. You will own the full incident lifecycle - from the first alert and triage to root-cause analysis, permanent fix and prevention - across our data pipelines, cloud and on-premises environments.

Requirements:

0,5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer.
Basic knowledge of Linux
Experience with git
Experience with sh/bash
Experience with diagnostic tools (curl, telnet, dig, etc.)
Experience with monitoring and alerting systems like Prometheus, Grafana or others;

Will be a plus:

Experience using configuration management software (Ansible, Terraform)
Experience working with scripting languages experience (Python preferred).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes,
Experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab CI or others.
Experience with ELK stack
Infrastructure as a code, GitOps principles understanding
Experience working with Cloud (AWS preferred)
Experience with relational databases such as PostgeSQL, or others.

Responsibility:

Incident management
Maintaining environments and applications (AWS, on-prem servers, K8s clusters, etc.)
Support development and BA teams
Configuring and maintaining monitoring systems
