Senior Bookkeeper / Finance Specialist (Real Estate)

You'll keep the books for US real estate and property businesses, often across several LLCs, and deliver a clean month-end close the owner and CPA can trust. What you'll do: • Full-charge bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online or Desktop across multiple entities. • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations; chart of accounts cleanup. • AP/AR, invoicing, vendor payments and collections follow-up. • Track property income, expenses, security deposits and intercompany transfers. • Monthly close with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. • Tax-ready files for the CPA, including 1099s. • Clean up historical books when needed.

Requirements

• Must have: • 5+ years full-charge bookkeeping for US businesses. • Advanced QuickBooks Online and Desktop. • Multi-entity/LLC books and month-end close. • C1 English, comfortable explaining numbers to owners. Nice to have: real estate or property management, DoorLoop, AppFolio or Buildium, CPA or accounting degree, QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Top of range: real estate multi-LLC experience, cleaning up messy books, owning the CPA relationship.

Benefits

• $20,000–30,000 USD/year ($1,800–2,600/month) base plus potential commission. Full-time, remote, US business hours.
