Key Responsibilities

You win new dealers, dealer groups and importers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia You grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, together with our customer success team You lead the relationships with importers and national sales companies in both markets and negotiate at management level You own your deals commercially, from pricing and deal structure to signature You are responsible for the targets, budget and forecast of your markets

Who you are and

what you bring

Several years of B2B sales in SaaS, data or technology with a proven record of reaching revenue targets, ideally in the automotive industry Experience in complex negotiations at management level, ideally with importers, manufacturers or dealer groups You know how a dealership works and who decides what You develop your markets independently and work in a structured way with a CRM, ideally Salesforce Czech or Slovak at native level with confident use of the other language, and fluent business English (C1 level) Based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, willing to travel What is a plus: German or another language of the region A network among importers and dealer groups in the Czech Republic or Slovakia Experience with dealer management systems, parts catalogues or service software
