This is an opportunity to work across reporting, integration, and support activities in a role that combines technical depth with meaningful business impact.

In this role, you will help shape and support SAP BI solutions that enable reliable reporting and data visibility across the business. You will work closely with business users and technical stakeholders to translate reporting needs into effective analytical solutions while supporting the stability and evolution of the broader SAP reporting environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SAP BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
Create and optimize SAP BEx queries and reporting objects.
Configure and maintain data extraction from SAP ERP and SAP BW using Theobald.
Support SAP-to-Azure data flows and integrations using Velocity.
Gather reporting requirements from business users and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide L1.5, L2, and L3 production support for SAP BI incidents, problems, and service requests.
Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
Support deployments, upgrades, testing, and change management activities.
Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3+ years of SAP BI/BW development and support experience, with strong hands-on experience in SAP BI and SAP BW.
Experience with production support and incident management processes, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in live environments.
Hands-on experience with SAP BEx Query Designer and SAP reporting tools.
Experience configuring and supporting Theobald data extraction.
Knowledge of SAP Datasphere concepts and integration.
Familiarity with the Velocity SAP-to-Azure integration framework and exposure to Azure data and analytics platforms.
Experience with SQL development and a solid understanding of data modeling fundamentals.
Good understanding of SAP ERP data structures and business processes.
Fluency in English.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments is a plus.
