Support Group consolidation and ensure consistent and appropriate accounting treatment across different entities and jurisdictions. Reviewing complex balance sheet accounts, reconciliations, consolidation adjustments, and accounting entries. Supporting accounting for equity, share-based payments, investments, financing arrangements, and changes in Group structure.
Working closely with external auditors on significant and judgmental accounting matters and ensure timely resolution of audit queries. Supporting the preparation and review of consolidated and standalone financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Monitor new and amended IFRS standards and assess their accounting and reporting impact on the Group.
Supporting year-end audits and provide the required technical accounting documentation and analysis. Supporting Finance leadership on accounting implications arising from M&A, corporate restructuring, entity establishment or closure, and other strategic transactions. Strengthening accounting policies, financial controls, documentation, and reporting processes.
Contributing to IPO readiness, including enhancing accounting documentation, reporting quality, governance, controls, and audit readiness.
