As a Customer Logistics Specialist , you'll play an essential role in helping customers throughout their delivery journey. • Provide customer support for shipment and delivery enquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Track parcels, investigate delivery issues, and coordinate resolutions with operational teams

• Manage customer cases, delivery amendments, and records while ensuring timely, professional service
