About the Role

You’ll support our Legal Team across LATAM and other international jurisdictions, focusing on betting and gaming regulations, contracts and general legal matters. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting contracts and legal documents, conducting legal research, supporting litigation matters, handling corporate housekeeping and maintaining the legal library, all under the supervision of the Legal Counsel. The role will also provide exposure to broader international legal matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance and regulatory topics, as well as opportunities to assist with regulatory and certification processes, such as audits, submissions and communications with testing laboratories and regulators, depending on business needs.

What you'll do:

  • Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements (vendor, service, marketing, sponsorship, affiliate, NDAs, data processing), flagging risks and proposing mitigations to the Legal Counsel
  • Review corporate, regulatory and commercial documents (policies, terms and conditions, powers of attorney, board resolutions, filings) for accuracy and consistency
  • Keep the legal library and contract repository up to date, with version control, templates, standard clauses, a central register of contracts and key dates (renewals, expiries, notice periods), and an internal knowledge base
  • Support litigation and administrative proceedings by gathering documents and evidence, tracking deadlines, coordinating with external counsel, and preparing case summaries and status reports
  • Carry out legal and regulatory research (contracts, consumer, data protection, corporate, betting/gaming law) and draft junior-level memos and opinions
  • Help with corporate housekeeping: entity records, corporate acts, registrations and filings
  • Support regulatory and certification processes when needed: tracking certificate and report expiry dates, preparing documents for audits and regulator submissions, and liaising with testing labs;
  • Assist the Compliance teams (Brazil, Mexico and other markets.) with policy drafts, regulatory checks and internal processes;
  • Handle internal legal requests from business teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, HR), sorting and routing them under the Legal Counsel’s supervision;
  • Prepare reports and status updates for leadership and stakeholders;
  • Support certification and compliance projects end-to-end: scheduling, tracking progress, coordinating with testing labs (ATFs), preparing documentation for audits and regulator submissions;
  • Interface with external certification bodies, testing labs, third-party vendors, and regulators;
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates for leadership & stakeholders

What you'll bring:

  • Complete Law bachelor's degree and active BAR membership;
  • Fluent English and Spanish (written & spoken) are mandatory.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple certification tracks
  • Analytical mindset, capacity to learn technical standards (software, testing, gaming)
  • Proactive, good communicator, ability to liaise across teams and external entities

Even better if:

  • Understanding of games, betting, sports and igaming industry.
  • Media contract management
  • Interest in sports.
  • Experience or coursework in contracts and regulatory law, litigation support or in-house legal routines (including internships).
  • Availability to work on hybrid model and/or to relocate to São Paulo, Brazil, but fully remote applications will also be considered;
