Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Lead Generation Manager – Africa to join our Business Development team. You'll be responsible for building a strong, qualified pipeline of prospective operators and partners across African markets, working closely with our Business Development Managers to fuel commercial growth in the region. About Product: The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a high-load casino games API platform that connects operator platforms to multiple remote game servers via a single integration. Behind the product is a team of engineers, DevOps specialists, integration experts, account managers, and partnership professionals who ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations for operators worldwide. You'll solve complex technical challenges and help power one of the industry's leading aggregation platforms. Purpose of the role: You'll drive top-of-funnel growth across African markets by identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective operators and partners for our iGaming solutions. Your work will directly impact the volume and quality of our sales pipeline, enabling the BD team to focus on converting well-qualified opportunities into long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities: Proactively identify and research potential operators and partners across African markets through market mapping, desk research, and industry intelligence tools; Build and manage targeted prospect lists, keeping them current as the regional market evolves; Conduct initial outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate interest and set up qualified meetings for Business Development Managers; Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system (prospects, outreach activity, lead status, source tracking); Monitor African iGaming news, licensing developments, and operator activity to surface new opportunities; Support conference and event preparation by identifying target attendees and helping coordinate outreach before and after events; Contribute market intelligence and prospect insights to the broader Africa go-to-market strategy. Required Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, ideally within iGaming or another B2B SaaS/tech environment; Strong research skills and comfort using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and industry databases; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident conducting cold outreach; Highly organized, with strong attention to detail in tracking and reporting pipeline activity; Proficiency in English (B2 or higher). Nice to have: Familiarity with the African iGaming market; Experience with PipeDrive and HubSpot; Interest in progressing toward a full-cycle Business Development role over time.
