Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Total Rewards team. You’ll help shape fair, competitive and scalable reward practices across our international organisation, supporting our continued growth across multiple markets. Purpose of
the Role
You’ll design and optimise Total Rewards frameworks to support fair, competitive, and scalable compensation across the organisation. Your work will impact employee performance and retention by aligning reward structures with business goals and market benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
Own Total Rewards projects end-to-end: lead job architecture, grading and salary band design and roll-out across a multi-country group, backed by Mercer/Comptryx benchmarks. Design incentive and KPI frameworks: build and refine bonus and motivation schemes aligned with business strategy – from concept and cost modelling to approval and launch.
Drive policy adoption and enablement: turn new reward policies into practice — develop guidelines and manager-facing materials, run education sessions for HRBPs and Team Heads, and monitor consistent application. Partner with senior stakeholders: work directly with HRBPs, Team Heads and C-level to shape pay decisions, deliver key reward metrics and market analytics, and embed a data-driven approach.
Provide subject-matter expertise: act as the go-to advisor on remuneration, benefits and performance management frameworks across SOFTSWISS and group companies. Ensure compliance and continuous improvement: keep reward practices aligned with Group HR strategy and legal/regulatory requirements (incl.
EU Pay Transparency), and streamline the processes you audit along the way. Required

Proven experience in designing and delivering Total Rewards projects (e.g., job architecture, grading, salary structures, KPI systems). Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficiency in Excel and relevant HR systems/tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and timelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working across all organizational levels. English – B2 or higher (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
