Salesforce Developer About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and ongoing improvement of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
You’ll follow Salesforce development best practices and Agile methodologies while contributing to high-quality releases and continuous platform improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions in line with platform best practices, development standards, and organisational guidelines.
Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce technical solutions. Apply Agile development principles to deliver business functionality through iterative and well-defined development cycles. Design and develop reusable, maintainable components, code, and libraries to support platform performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
Follow established deployment and release management processes, ensuring all code, configurations, and changes are properly documented and maintained through source control. Perform unit testing, automated testing, code reviews, and test coverage activities to ensure software quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce platform, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and other technical teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce development standards, practices, tools, and delivery processes. Ensure development work aligns with Salesforce architecture principles, security standards, and organisational governance requirements. About You You are a hands-on Salesforce Developer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and building solutions that deliver real business value.
You have a strong understanding of Salesforce development practices and are comfortable working in an Agile, collaborative environment. You will ideally have: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer working on enterprise Salesforce environments. Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and platform capabilities.
Experience developing scalable and reusable Salesforce components and solutions. Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce deployment, release management, and source control practices.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and development standards. Experience with unit testing, automated testing, code reviews, and quality assurance practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within cross-functional teams. Why Join Us?
