Job Description
Provide functional support for SAP PP and QM processes. Analyse and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. Handle configuration changes, minor enhancements and continuous improvements.

Support testing, documentation and deployment of changes. Work with business users to understand issues and provide practical solutions. Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams on cross-module topics. Support root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Qualifications

Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus. 5+ years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant. Hands-on experience with SAP PP/QM configuration, implementation, and support.
