Global Support Manager

Today, we’re creating innovative technologies, and with your help, we aim to reach even greater heights. We are looking for a Global Support Manager to join our team. The Publisher Global Support Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing publishers, maximizing revenue through account optimization and upselling, and minimizing churn.

This role is essential to maintaining portfolio performance, ensuring publisher satisfaction, and achieving the team’s revenue and margin targets. What You’ll Do: Provide timely and high-quality support to existing publishers. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.

Analyze publisher performance and implement optimizations to increase revenue. Identify and execute upselling opportunities for MGID products. Maintain accurate records of activities in HubSpot.
