YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Content Coordinator to support our Content and Post Production teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, keeping track of deadlines, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring that digital media assets are handled efficiently and accurately. You’ll assist with the daily flow of content throughout the post-production pipeline—helping to organize, track, and distribute files, update records, and support communication between teams. This role is well-suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to creative processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project & Workflow Coordination

  • Track the status of various projects and assist in keeping schedules up to date.
  • Help maintain project timelines and organize task lists using tools like Smartsheets and Google Sheets.
  • Support communication between internal teams (production, post, web, systems) and outside vendors.
  • Keep clear and organized documentation of asset delivery, feedback, and updates.

Asset Handling & Distribution

  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and archiving production materials (video, audio, photos, hard drives).
  • Help retrieve and distribute raw assets and final deliverables to editors and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and update storage systems (Dropbox, local drives) to ensure content is properly backed up and organized.

Quality Review & Delivery Support

  • Assist in reviewing final content for technical accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Help upload content and update metadata, images, and thumbnails in the content management system (CMS).
  • Ensure that assets are documented and shared with the appropriate teams in a timely manner.

General Support & Troubleshooting

  • Assist with locating archived files or resolving basic technical issues with media storage.
  • Help maintain records related to legal documentation and content delivery.
  • Support monthly DVD requests and assist with other project-related tasks as needed.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Generous training and development budget (10% of your annual salary)
  • Competitive salary
  • Generous PTO
  • 1 month paid sabbatical after 3 years with us!
  • 1 day off on your Birthday
  • Extended parental leave
  • Health and Wellness Budget
  • Health insurance
  • Cool and modern office space
  • Latest tech equipment
  • Healthy snacks and drinks provided at all times
  • Opportunity to travel internationally in Company retreats!
