And we’re looking for a Lawyer Assistant - Part Time (Expert Tier) to start immediately.

Lawyer Assistant - Part Time (Expert)

• Salary Range: PHP35,000 - PHP38,500
• Client Industry: Investment / Multi-Business Operations
• Assistant Schedule: 9AM - 6PM UK Time (Client is flexible with the schedule)
• Goal: Build a scalable team of 3–5 assistants immediately, expanding each quarter, to support operational oversight, project workflow execution, and business growth across multiple companies.

Key Specific Tasks VA/Contractor Will Do

1. The assistant will need to fill out legal forms. The client is not a lawyer.
2. Advanced Excel work: reporting, data manipulation, and operational spreadsheets.

• Excel

VA English Communication Level

Strong; must communicate clearly with concise, task-focused messaging.

Technical Requirements

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
