This role sits within the RedSky team. Everbridge E911, powered by RedSky, provides cloud-based emergency calling solutions that help organizations locate 911 callers, route calls to the appropriate emergency response center, notify on-site personnel, and meet federal E911 requirements. Our work supports a clear and meaningful purpose: helping people receive the right assistance when every second matters.

We’re seeking an experienced, strategic, and customer-focused leader to guide the RedSky Go-to-Market organization through its next phase of growth. The Senior Director of GTM will lead the Directors responsible for Sales, Account Management & Customer Retention, Customer Operations, Sales Engineering, and Marketing.

This executive leadership role will align these functions around a unified GTM strategy that accelerates revenue growth, strengthens customer retention, improves operational performance, and delivers exceptional customer experience. Working closely with Executive Leadership, Channel Leadership, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance, this leader will translate company objectives into clear priorities and measurable results.

What you'll do::

  • Lead, coach, and develop Directors across RedSky’s customer-facing functions.
  • Create and execute an integrated GTM strategy aligned with RedSky and Everbridge business objectives.
  • Establish annual priorities, budgets, performance metrics, and accountability across the organization.
  • Drive revenue growth, customer retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Align GTM teams to deliver a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with Channel Leadership to expand pipeline, strengthen joint selling, and accelerate partner-driven revenue.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure customer and market insights shape product strategy.
  • Monitor business performance, address risks and opportunities, and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Champion the responsible use of AI, automation, and data to improve productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement.
  • Develop future leaders and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for strategic customer and operational matters.

What you'll bring::

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, telecommunications, or a related industry.
  • Significant experience leading leaders, including responsibility for multiple Director-level direct reports.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing GTM strategies that deliver revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of complex, channel-driven sales organizations and experience partnering effectively with Channel Leadership.
  • Proven ability to align diverse functions, lead organizational change, and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent strategic planning, business judgment, communication, and people leadership skills.
  • Practical experience using AI platforms and automation tools to improve business performance.

Why Join Everbridge?:

  • Meaningful work: Help advance technology designed to protect people and connect them with emergency assistance when it matters most.
  • Visible leadership impact: Shape RedSky’s GTM strategy and influence growth, customer experience, product direction, and organizational performance.
  • Opportunity to build: Lead an accomplished team of functional Directors while developing future leaders.
  • Cross-functional influence: Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Channel, and Executive Leadership.
  • Innovation with purpose: Apply AI, automation, and data-driven insights to a mission-critical business.
  • A values-led culture: Join a collaborative organization guided by Customer First, Learning, Integrity, and People.
  • This is an opportunity to shape how RedSky goes to market, strengthen the connection between customer needs and company strategy, and lead a high-performing organization positioned for sustainable growth.
