Marketing Assistant

About the Role

Are you a creative, organised marketing professional with experience managing digital content and social media? We're looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support a growing psychotherapy practice based in California. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a values-driven team that prioritises kindness, inclusivity, and meaningful mental health support.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
• Create and edit graphics using Canva
• Edit short-form marketing videos
• Upload and manage blog content in WordPress
• Assist with email marketing campaigns using Kit
• Work with Zapier automations
• Support ongoing marketing initiatives and content creation
• Maintain brand consistency across digital channels

Requirements

• Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong Canva skills
• Basic video editing experience
• Experience with WordPress
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Kit or similar)
• Knowledge of Zapier is advantageous
• Excellent written English
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
