Carrier Sales Representative(Refrigerated freight)

We are looking for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative specializing in reefer (refrigerated) transportation to join our client's team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in U.S. freight brokerage, experience sourcing and managing reefer carriers, and the ability to negotiate competitive rates while ensuring reliable, temperature-controlled transportation.

Key Responsibilities

Source, qualify, and develop relationships with reefer carriers across the U.S. market. Negotiate competitive rates and transportation terms with carriers to ensure profitable load coverage. Secure reliable capacity for refrigerated shipments while meeting customer requirements and delivery deadlines.

Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment schedules with carriers and customers. Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with temperature-control requirements. Track loads and proactively address delays, temperature-related concerns, and other transportation issues.

Maintain strong relationships with carriers to build a reliable network of reefer capacity. Update load information and maintain accurate records in the TMS. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and high customer satisfaction.
