ABOUT THE BUSINESS

We are a young, founder-led fine jewelry brand built on craftsmanship, beautiful stones, and pieces made to be worn and loved for a lifetime. We launched in 2025 with a clear point of view: fine jewelry should feel personal, and the brand behind it should feel personal too. Every collection, every listing, and every post carries the founder's eye and care. We're small by design, and that's our advantage. There's no red tape and no layers of approval, just a close team, a strong creative vision, and real room to shape where the brand goes next.

We've teamed up with Handoff to bring exceptional Nearshore talent from Latin America into the heart of what we're building, for the long haul.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Brand Growth:

  • Post daily on Instagram and similar platforms with content that feels true to the brand.

  • Grow our audience beyond friends and existing contacts, reaching new people who love fine jewelry.

  • Write captions and copy that capture our brand voice: warm, polished, and personal.

  • Bring fresh ideas for content as you get to know the brand and the founder's vision.

Shopify & Website Management:

  • Keep the Shopify store current, including product pages, collections, and inventory.

  • Handle store updates on your own. It's a low volume store, so the workload is light and manageable.

  • Refresh the website as needed, typically about once a quarter.

1stDibs Marketplace Management:

  • Keep our 1stDibs listing accurate, polished, and up to date.

  • Learn how buyers search and browse on 1stDibs so our pieces show up where they should.

  • Make simple, smart adjustments to improve visibility over time.

AI & Workflow Automation:

  • Use everyday AI tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, or similar to cut down on repetitive manual work.

  • Set up straightforward, practical automations. Nothing highly technical, just real time savers.

Performance Tracking & Extra Support:

  • Check in on basic social media and website performance from time to time.

  • Flag what's working, what isn't, and anything worth acting on.

Lend occasional light support to another small business owned by the founder when it comes up.

ABOUT YOU

  • You can run a Shopify store independently: product pages, inventory, and basic updates are second nature to you.

  • You've posted for and grown a brand's social media presence, and you know what it takes to reach new audiences.

  • You use AI tools in your everyday work and know how to put them to work simplifying repetitive tasks. No technical background required.

  • You take initiative and work well on your own, without needing close supervision.

  • You're comfortable working directly with a solo founder and keeping things moving on your own.

  • You write well and have a sharp ear for brand voice.

  • You're organized and reliable with recurring tasks, so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • You notice the small details that make a luxury brand look and feel its best online.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with a jewelry, luxury, or e-commerce brand.

  • Familiarity with online marketplaces like 1stDibs.

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier.

  • Content creation or basic design and photo skills, such as Canva or simple photo editing.

  • Comfort with basic analytics for social media and websites.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

  • Work directly with the founder. No layers, no middlemen. Your ideas go straight to the person who makes the decisions.

  • Grow with someone who's invested in you. The founder genuinely cares about your development, and you'll have access to a professional development program.

  • Creative work that grows with you. As the relationship develops, you'll have the chance to get involved creatively well beyond routine posting.

  • A role built to last. This isn't a short-term project. The founder wants a lasting working relationship, and this role is designed for the long term.

  • Real autonomy and trust. You'll own your work, set your rhythm, and have the freedom to do things your way.

  • Help shape a young brand. You'll be part of the story early and see your impact show up in every post, listing, and new customer.
