The Role As Vice President, Enterprise Growth, you will be a driving force on Wpromote's Growth leadership team, responsible for winning net-new enterprise revenue and deepening our footprint within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. You will partner closely with the SVP, Enterprise Growth to shape our go-to-market strategy, prioritize target accounts, and build the account-based growth engine that fuels Wpromote's next chapter of growth in a market where legacy holding companies still control roughly $70B in enterprise value. This is a high-visibility seat for a strategic, commercially sharp operator who thrives in competitive, high-stakes deal environments and knows how to align cross-functional teams (strategy, media, creative, data, and technology) around a single winning vision. You will pair storytelling and closing instincts with real financial rigor, turning complex enterprise opportunities into scalable, high-margin, long-term partnerships. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $200,000 - $240,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget.
