TL;DR: We’re looking for a Content Lead to turn complex AI safety topics into clear, compelling stories that build trust, shape White Circle’s voice, and drive product adoption. You’ll own content end-to-end: find the story, define the angle, write it, publish it, and make sure it reaches the right technical audience.
About White Circle
White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale.
-
We’ve recently raised our Series A funding round of $70M (total funding of $81M) from top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, Sentry, and others
-
We process over one hundred million API calls every month
-
We fine-tune and train our own LLMs so they run faster and cheaper than any open or proprietary model
We’re a small, highly focused team. If you want to work deeply on hard problems, see your work ship to production quickly, and influence how AI safety is actually built – you’re the one we need.
What you'll do
-
Own White Circle's content vision and editorial direction
-
Turn customer conversations into case studies, customer stories, and reference materials
-

-
Develop technical and non-technical content explaining AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability
-
Create launch narratives for new products, features, and research initiatives
-
Partner closely with product, as well as supporting wider business teams where needed
-
Help founders maintain a consistent public voice across LinkedIn, X, conferences, and other channels
-
Build repeatable processes for content creation, publication, and distribution

Experiment with new formats, channels, and ways of reaching technical audience
