This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can operate effectively across multiple functions.

  1. Strategic Projects and Business Initiatives
  • Work closely with the founders to identify, prioritise, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the organisation's business objectives.
  • Lead special projects across strategy, growth, operations, and new business opportunities.
  • Break down complex business challenges into structured problem statements, actionable workstreams, and measurable deliverables.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate new initiatives, investment opportunities, and potential business expansions.
  1. Business Operations and Execution
  • Drive cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
  • Establish and scale business processes, operating frameworks, and performance-tracking mechanisms across teams.
  • Support the development and implementation of objectives and key results (OKRs) to improve organisational focus and accountability.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and drive initiatives that enhance productivity and business performance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve execution challenges and maintain momentum on high-priority projects.
  1. Business Analytics and Performance Management
  • Track key business metrics, analyse performance trends, and generate actionable insights for the founders.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to monitor progress against strategic and operational goals.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support business planning and decision-making.
  • Identify performance gaps and collaborate with relevant teams to develop corrective action plans.
  1. Fundraising and Investor Relations Support
  • Assist in preparing investor presentations, board materials, business updates, and fundraising documentation.
  • Support financial analysis, business performance reporting, and market assessments required for investor discussions.
  • Coordinate the preparation of key business metrics and strategic updates for board meetings and investor communications.
  • Help ensure that business narratives, performance data, and strategic plans are presented clearly and consistently.
  1. Founder's Office and Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a strategic execution partner to the founders, helping translate business priorities into concrete outcomes.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across teams to drive alignment and accountability on critical initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clarity on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and teams across different functions.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, sound judgement, and discretion when handling sensitive business information.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, business strategy, a Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, or a similar strategic operations role.
  • Educational Background: B.Tech or a dual degree from a leading Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), preferably IIT Bombay, Delhi, Madras, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Roorkee, or Guwahati.
  • Structured Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable solutions.
  • Business and Financial Analysis: Experience building business cases, financial models, conducting market research, and analysing business performance.
  • Execution and Ownership: Proven ability to independently manage projects end to end and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with founders, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and limited direction.

Preferred Background
