Location: 100% Remote Daily book keeping - manage and maintain financial records and spreadsheets. Track and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments. Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
Monitor expenses, timesheet tracking, reimbursements, and outstanding payments. Assist with monthly financial reports and P&L preparation. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and invoices. Perform general finance and administrative tasks as needed.
