About Voyagu

Voyagu Group is a San Francisco-based travel technology company. We build and scale travel businesses by combining premium travel services, proprietary technology, and operational expertise.

We are strengthening the recruitment function within one of our travel businesses to support continued growth across Sales and Operations.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting team, improve hiring performance, and ensure consistent delivery against business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring Delivery: Own execution of hiring plans, maintain reliable forecasts, and proactively address hiring gaps.

• Team Leadership: Manage and develop recruiters, establish clear performance expectations, and improve team productivity.

• Recruitment Performance: Monitor funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve sourcing effectiveness and conversion rates.

• Hiring Quality: Maintain consistent selection standards and use new-hire performance data to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

• Business Partnership: Work closely with Sales and Operations leadership to align hiring priorities, capacity, and execution.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading recruitment teams in a high-volume hiring environment, preferably in Sales or Operations.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of direct sourcing, particularly LinkedIn, and structured candidate assessment.

• Experience managing recruitment through performance metrics, hiring forecasts, and funnel analysis.

• Strong people management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to operate independently, make sound decisions, and take full ownership of results.

• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of an established recruitment function with a clear mandate to improve performance and support business growth.

The role offers significant autonomy, direct collaboration with business leadership, and the opportunity to build a highly effective recruitment operation.

Our priority is sustainable hiring growth: higher productivity, predictable delivery, and consistently high selection standards.
