About the role

Our client in the US is looking for a confident, personable and sales-driven Appointment Setter to support aesthetic clinics by contacting opted-in leads interested in high-ticket treatments. You will follow a structured phone script, assess each lead’s interest, handle objections and secure consultation bookings with a deposit.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a warm and empathetic phone manner, and the ability to turn enquiries into confirmed appointments while maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking sheets. You will manage leads across multiple clinic accounts and work US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

  • Contact opted-in leads who have expressed interest in aesthetic treatments and follow up on enquiries promptly.
  • Conduct short, scripted phone assessments to understand each lead’s interest and suitability for a consultation.
  • Explain the consultation booking process and guide interested leads towards securing an appointment with a deposit.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally while maintaining a warm, consultative approach.
  • Adapt naturally when conversations move beyond the script while following the provided guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, tracking sheets, lead statuses and booking information.
  • Manage leads across multiple clinic accounts while maintaining consistent booking rates and follow-up standards.
  • Monitor lead progress and ensure enquiries are followed up on and appropriately recorded.
  • Consistently meet booking and performance targets while delivering a positive experience for prospective patients.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, inbound lead follow-up, sales development or call centre roles supporting the US market.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, med spas, beauty or wellness is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US-leaning accent and a warm, upbeat and empathetic telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations confidently.
  • Comfortable with consultative sales, following scripts, handling objections and adapting to unscripted conversations.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate administrative records; GoHighLevel experience is preferred.
  • Highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple lead pipelines without losing track of follow-ups.
  • A reliable home working setup with stable internet and power backup.
  • Availability to work US Eastern business hours consistently.
