The full posting

Vatica | Cozeva, a SaaS platform for value-based care enablement focused on quality of care, population health management and provider-payer collaboration, recently merged with Vatica Health, a provider-centric leader in prospective risk adjustment and clinical quality solutions. Together, the combined company brings people, processes and technology to payers and providers to help improve patient and financial outcomes at the point of care.

Cozeva and Vatica Health are seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to own the systems, data and processes that connect Sales, Marketing and Customer Success into a predictable revenue engine. This senior role will set pricing standards, lead deal desk, build the forecast model with Finance, oversee commercial reporting, and lead and grow the Revenue Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and govern pricing models for Vatica’s services, Cozeva’s SaaS subscriptions, and blended or cross-sell deals. Establish discount thresholds, approval authority, and standards for nonstandard terms.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to maintain the revenue forecast, run the forecast cadence, identify pipeline risks, and recommend actions to the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Lead deal desk and improve sales stages, exit criteria, and processes to shorten sales cycles and increase conversion.
  • Partner with Marketing on lead scoring, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and attribution. Identify and resolve friction in the quote-to-cash process.
  • Maintain a reliable source of data for pipeline, bookings, and forecasts. Own the revenue technology stack and data quality.
  • Lead commercial reporting across pipeline, conversion, churn, and upsell and cross-sell performance. Prepare reporting for board and investor updates and eventual exit preparation.
  • Own territory design, quota setting, sales commission structure and administration, and account segmentation.
  • Develop the Revenue Operations team, expand its capabilities as needed, and establish clear ownership across pricing, deal desk, systems, and reporting.

Requirements

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, including hands-on ownership of CRM, sales process design, forecasting, and commercial analytics.
  • Demonstrated, quantified results improving forecast accuracy, pipeline conversion, sales representative ramp time, or territory coverage.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a Revenue Operations team, establishing clear ownership and accountability, and scaling team capabilities to meet business needs.

Preferred qualifications

  • Deep Salesforce experience.
  • Experience owning pricing strategy and governance, building forecasts with Finance, and presenting forecast accuracy to leadership.
  • Experience with SaaS or hybrid SaaS and services revenue models.
  • Knowledge of payer and provider value-based care markets.
