Do you want to take ownership of a product that helps enterprise organizations strengthen project governance, resource planning, and time reporting inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations? As Product Manager Enterprise at Truvio, you will be responsible for the Axtension product family — a project management add-on serving the Office of the COO — and play a key role in shaping its future value for customers. About the role In this role, you will own the full product management activities for Axtension while also contributing to broader product management initiatives across the F&O Product team. You will define and maintain the product roadmap, plan releases, prioritize the backlog, and ensure that product decisions are grounded in customer insight, usage data, and business value. You will work closely with development, sales, delivery, executives, and customers, acting as the primary point of contact for Axtension and ensuring that the development team has the clarity and direction needed to deliver impactful product releases. What you will do Lead the product board for the Axtension product family. Define, maintain, and continuously evolve the product roadmap for Axtension. Plan product releases and make timely decisions on release scope, timing, and priorities. Own and prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with the development team. Translate customer feedback, product research, market insight, and usage data into clear requirements and user stories. Ensure developers have a clear understanding of requirements and the context behind product decisions. Publish and maintain product artifacts such as roadmaps, release notes, product documentation, and other relevant materials. Communicate clearly with stakeholders across development, sales, delivery, executives, and customers. Support sales and delivery teams with product insight and guidance when needed. Monitor feature adoption and measure the impact of each release. Identify, report, and escalate resource or competence needs to support successful roadmap execution. Act in line with Truvio’s values: Take Ownership, Build Trust, Drive Innovation, and Succeed Together. What we are looking for We are looking for a structured and commercially minded Product Manager who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions, and turning complex customer and business needs into clear product direction. You have a strong ability to collaborate across functions, communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and keep product development moving forward with clarity and focus. Experience from product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a similar role in a B2B software or SaaS environment. Strong understanding of product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, release planning, and stakeholder management. Experience working closely with development teams in an agile or iterative development environment. Ability to translate customer feedback and business requirements into actionable product requirements. Strong analytical skills and comfort using customer, market, and usage data to inform product decisions. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ERP, project management solutions, or resource planning is considered an advantage. Who you are You are someone who takes ownership and enjoys working at the intersection of product, technology, and customer value. You are confident in prioritizing, making decisions, and aligning stakeholders around a shared direction. You bring a structured way of working, a curious mindset, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be empowered to define and prioritize the Axtension roadmap and backlog, make final decisions on feature prioritization and release scope, represent Axtension in product governance forums, and collaborate broadly across the organization to ensure successful execution. Why Truvio At Truvio, you will join a fast-growing global SaaS environment with a clear product focus and a strong connection to the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
