About TrueContext

#CareersThatKickSaaS! TrueContext is a field intelligence platform that connects frontline workers to enterprise systems of record, so teams in the field can capture, act on, and learn from structured data in real time. We serve enterprise customers in Med Tech, Building Systems, Utilities, and Oil and Gas. Backed by Battery Ventures, we are scaling the platform and building the defining name in field intelligence.

About the role

TrueContext is hiring a Product Operations Analyst to help our product team make faster, better-informed decisions. You'll own the data, processes and tools that connect product management with engineering, customer success, sales and support.

You'll report to the SVP of Product and work closely with product managers on planning, launches and customer feedback. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes turning messy inputs into clear systems and useful insight.

What you'll do

  • Product data and reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that track adoption, feature usage, retention and other product health metrics. Answer ad hoc questions from PMs and leadership with clear, well-sourced analysis.
  • Customer feedback loops: Collect, tag and synthesize feedback from support tickets, sales calls, surveys and in-app channels. Turn recurring themes into evidence PMs can use to prioritize.
  • Planning and roadmap operations: Run the mechanics of quarterly planning, roadmap reviews and OKR tracking. Keep the roadmap and backlog accurate and visible to stakeholders.
  • Launch coordination: Manage release checklists, readiness reviews and internal communication so sales, support and marketing are ready on launch day.
  • Process and tooling: Own and improve product tools such as Jira, Confluence and our product analytics platform. Document workflows, set standards and automate repetitive manual work.
  • Measurement and experiments: Help PMs define success metrics before a launch and report on results after it. Support in-app surveys, onboarding flows and A/B tests.
  • Internal communication: Write release notes, product updates and monthly reports that keep the company informed about what shipped and why.

What you'll bring

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in product operations
  • Hands-on experience with a BI or product analytics tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, Pendo or Userpilot
  • Working knowledge of agile development and tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Clear writing and speaking, including the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organization and the ability to run several projects at once without dropping details
  • A habit of simplifying: you notice repeated manual work and fix it

What success looks like

  • First 30 days: Learn the product, our customers and how the team plans and ships. Audit existing dashboards, tools and processes, and meet key partners in engineering, customer success, sales and support.
  • By 60 days: Own the core product metrics dashboard and the regular reporting cadence. Ship at least one process or tooling improvement that saves the team measurable time.
  • By 90 days: Run a full launch or planning cycle end to end. Deliver a customer feedback synthesis that shapes the next quarter's priorities.

Work Arrangement

  • Remote US. Occasional travel to our Ottawa, Canada headquarters may be required.

Some Extra Benefits

  • Company-wide & team social events

  • Wellness yearly allowance

  • Great time off benefits (4 weeks of vacation + 2 True2ME days + 1 TrueCrewCares day)

Salary Range

  • $100,000 - $140,000 USD base salary

If you are looking for the opportunity to embrace and be part of a truly unique company culture, this opportunity might just be for you!
