About the Role

As the founding product lead for agentic personalization at a Series D marketing technology company, you will define a new product pillar for experiences across websites and mobile apps. You will shape its product strategy, development sequence, and go-to-market approach, working closely with company leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct discovery with enterprise product and growth teams to understand their personalization workflows, needs, and expectations for agent-driven tools.

  • Translate customer insights into a roadmap tied to business and revenue milestones.

  • Define which personalization tasks agents can handle autonomously and where human review is needed.

  • Design feedback loops that help customers build trust in agent-driven experiences over time.

  • Partner on pipeline development, customer conversations, competitive positioning, and implementation playbooks.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 4 years of product management experience, with substantial ownership and increasing scope.

  • A track record of taking B2B SaaS products from early development through launch and scale, ideally for enterprise customers at a high-growth startup.

  • Experience working directly with end users to understand problems and improve products.

  • Technical depth to discuss architectural tradeoffs and infrastructure decisions with engineering teams.

  • Experience with AI or ML products; familiarity with developer products, personalization, or recommendation systems is useful.

  • A technical undergraduate degree and, ideally, prior experience in software engineering, founding, or solutions engineering.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $240,000 to $320,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
