AI Solutions Consultant

About the Role

Join a fast-moving AI company as an AI Solutions Consultant, owning customer implementations from discovery through production. You will connect customers' operational needs with the work of applied AI engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead post-sales discovery with customers to understand their standard operating procedures, workflows, and current customer experience.

• Map customer requirements into practical AI-driven experiences and implementation plans.

• Translate complex business logic into clear documentation and specifications for applied AI engineers.

• Guide enterprise implementations from signed contract through launch in production.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation, with a track record of owning end-to-end implementations.

• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.

• Hands-on experience building, implementing, or configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents, and familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

• Experience beyond pure software engineering, including both implementation and customer success responsibilities.

• Contact center software, conversational AI, call center implementation, or intake operations experience is valuable.

• Experience in a fast-moving environment outside government, banking, or other large, slow-moving regulated industries.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
