- At least 5 years of relevant program, business, operations, or healthcare informatics analysis experience.
- Relevant clinical informatics experience in a Veterans Administration healthcare setting.
- Experience evaluating operations or programs using qualitative and quantitative methods, analyzing data, and developing metrics, reports, and decision-support materials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to meet Federal/VA security, privacy, and information-security requirements, obtain a Public Trust clearance, and travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: :

- Experience delivering or coordinating EHR workflow training, refresher sessions, workshops, office hours, coaching, and site-specific end-user support.
- Skill identifying learning needs, proficiency gaps, recurring user issues, and adoption barriers; recommending and assessing support interventions.
- Experience preparing or updating job aids, FAQs, training content, knowledge articles, and end-user communications with SMEs.
- Experience working with Tier 1 SME teams, training stakeholders, distributed sites, and change-management initiatives.
- Familiarity with dashboards, performance measurement, learning platforms, and SAFe/Agile teams.
