Job Responsibilities

We’re looking for an FP&A Specialist who wants more than maintaining spreadsheets — someone who wants to improve systems, automate reporting, and turn financial data into clear business insight.

• Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L reporting, reforecasting, and business planning.
• Analyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions, not just insights.
• Create management-ready financial presentations covering P&L, KPIs, and cash burn.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI.
• Improve FP&A processes end-to-end: clarity, speed, accuracy, automation.
• Help establish a culture where every dollar spent is driven by the business plan.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
