AI Operator (Remote, Latin America, US Hours)

Schedule : US Commercial hours - Eastern time

Contract : Independent Contractor Agreement

About the role We're looking for someone who can run a company's marketing and day-to-day business work through AI. You'll connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to the tools a business already uses, then use that setup every day to get real work done. This is a full-time role. You don't need to code.

What you'll do

• Set up an AI assistant with connected tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram, email, Metricool, the website and the CRM
• Keep a separate chat or project for each job, such as social media, SEO, outreach and sales follow-ups
• Build a source of truth with brand voice, prices and approved facts
• Plan and produce content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email and the blog
• Support outreach and sales follow-ups, with drafts checked before anything goes out
• Update the website, including pages, titles and links
• Check everything the AI produces for accuracy, tone and made-up facts
• Report on results using tools like Search Console and analytics
• Save good prompts, templates and checklists so the work improves over time

What we're looking for

• Real, hands-on daily experience getting work done with AI tools. Please ask for examples.
• Marketing fundamentals: content, social media, SEO and email
• Excellent written English, plus Spanish
• A sharp eye for errors, and the judgment to know when to stop and ask a person
• Comfort with tools like WordPress, Canva, a CRM and Google Workspace
• Care with data, logins and account access
• Availability to work US business hours

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude and connected tools
• Experience with Metricool, Instantly or similar
• Experience running marketing for a small business
