Peak Dental Studio is the nationwide dental laboratory division of The Valére Group, a dental organization with more than 30 practices. Our lab was built by people who run dental offices, so we understand what dentists need from a lab partner: consistent fit, predictable turnaround, and someone who picks up the phone.

We serve general dentists, specialists, and group practices with fixed, removable, and implant restorations, supported by a fully digital workflow.

The Opportunity

This is a ground-floor role. You will be the first dedicated field rep for Peak in Utah, our home market, with the full backing of a lab and a practice network that already work together every day.

You will not inherit a book of business. You will build one, and the accounts you open become the foundation of Peak's territory model as we expand into new states. Success here puts you in line to help shape, and potentially lead, that growth.

What You'll Do

• Hunt new accounts. Prospect, call on, and convert general dentists, specialists, and small group practices across Utah. Expect most of your week in the field.
• Run a disciplined pipeline. Manage every lead, visit, and opportunity in Salesforce, with accurate forecasting and next steps.
• Get the first case in. Coordinate trial cases with the lab team, then follow through until the account sends consistent monthly volume.
• Grow existing accounts. Expand wallet share by introducing implant, removable, and digital workflow services to offices already sending crown and bridge work.
• Be the face of the lab. Host lunch-and-learns, attend study clubs and Utah Dental Association events, and build referral relationships in the local dental community.
• Solve problems fast. Act as the bridge between doctors and the lab on remakes, turnaround, and case questions so issues never cost us an account.
• Bring back market intel. Share competitor pricing, service gaps, and doctor feedback with leadership to sharpen our offer.

What Success Looks Like

• First 30 days

• Complete lab and product training; build a target list of 150+ Utah practices; make first field visits

• First 60 days

• 40+ in-person doctor meetings; first trial cases submitted; pipeline fully managed in Salesforce

• First 90 days

• 8–10 new active accounts sending cases; first lunch-and-learn hosted

• First year

• 30+ active accounts and a monthly revenue run rate set with leadership

Requirements

What You Bring

Required

• 1+ years of B2B outside sales with a track record of hitting quota and building a territory
• Comfort walking into offices unannounced and earning time with busy doctors and office managers
• Strong organization and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)
• Based in Utah, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Preferred

• Dental lab, dental supply, dental implant, or medical device sales experience
• Existing relationships with Utah dentists, specialists, or DSOs
• Familiarity with digital dentistry: intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM, zirconia, implant restorations
• Associates degree+, or equivalent experience

Benefits

Compensation

• Base salary: $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience
• Commission: uncapped, paid on net revenue from accounts you open and grow
• On-target earnings: $120,000–$150,000 in year one, with more upside as the territory matures
