The Config Team is an experienced and trusted SAP AMS partner. This is a senior, customer-facing role with responsibility for managing and delivering day-to-day client requirements, including Service Requests, Incident Resolution and Problem Management, in line with ITIL methodology and Service Level Agreements.

The successful candidate will also lead complex changes, contribute to project delivery, resolve challenging issues and improve SAP-related processes. As a subject-matter expert, the Senior AMS Consultant will work closely with customers and colleagues across our delivery teams. The role also includes supporting the development of less-experienced team members through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing. To ensure the above is fully achievable for our clients you will need to have a strong knowledge and understanding of SAP MM, and SAP PP.
