MARKETING ASSSISTANT (Part time)

Teamswell is a high-growth nearshore outsourcing company working for US companies. Our mission is to help small and medium-sized US businesses grow and become more profitable by having access to highly engaged, skilled, and experienced talent at a fair price, and to generate career opportunities for bilingual professionals in Latin America with fair compensation and opportunities for professional and personal growth.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to support marketing and communications efforts. This is a hands-on execution and ownership role for a seasoned marketing professional who can independently manage campaigns, create high-quality content, and help elevate brand presence across all channels. This is not an entry-level role - we are looking for someone who understands marketing strategy, executes at a high level, and brings ideas forward - not just deliverables.

In Teamswell, every team member has an instrumental role and impact on the success of our business and our clients’ success, so we seek to have highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment, who are intelligent, eager to work hard, reliable, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. Our Marketing Assistant will possess the skills and experience required, as well as a positive attitude and ability to solve complex problems and work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. We value people who are good communicators, quick learners, scrappy about finding creative solutions to problems, and conscious of their work quality. We expect all our team members to deliver excellence in both technical expertise as well as in their everyday relationships with their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute marketing campaigns for chapter events, programs, and initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Develop and manage content across social media and digital platforms
  • Create newsletters, flyers, PDFs, and promotional materials that are polished, engaging, and on-brand
  • Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Design high-quality visual content using Canva or equivalent tools
  • Maintain and update website content as needed (event pages, announcements, resources)
  • Use CRM/marketing tools such as Pipedrive to support campaign execution and tracking
  • Monitor engagement and performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
  • Ensure full brand consistency across all communications and platforms

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution (not hobby-level or occasional freelance work)
  • Strong portfolio of work across social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Advanced design capability using Canva or similar tools (high-quality flyers, PDFs, and social creative)
  • Hands-on experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute email newsletters and campaign content
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (Pipedrive preferred, or equivalent such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Comfort managing and updating website content (WordPress or similar platforms)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong sense of brand consistency
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
