Our mission is to create career-defining remote opportunities with teams that value growth, collaboration, and impact. We work closely with global clients to ensure our candidates thrive in roles where they can contribute meaningfully and grow professionally.

Our Client: Our client is a global leader in Human Experience Management (HXM), enabling companies to hire, onboard, and pay talent in over 160 countries—without the need to set up legal entities. Through their own cloud-based platform and direct Employer of Record (EOR) model, they’re changing how businesses approach international expansion. With a truly global, diverse, and remote-first team, they are committed to making the future of work borderless, inclusive, and impactful.

About the Project: As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help architect and optimize the cloud infrastructure that supports a global, high-availability HR tech platform. Your primary focus will be on Azure and Kubernetes environments, although AWS plays a role too. This is a hands-on position where you'll automate infrastructure, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and lead cloud reliability practices while working with engineering, product, and security teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, manage, and optimize cloud environments across Azure and AWS.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (or CloudFormation).
  • Build, improve, and automate CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and applications to ensure performance, reliability, and uptime.
  • Administer databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL), including backups and tuning.
  • Implement best practices in security, secrets management, and compliance (Key Vault, Secrets Manager, OWASP, NIST).
  • Deploy and manage observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).
  • Collaborate across teams to promote GitOps, DevOps, and SRE practices.
  • Contribute to incident response and post-mortems to improve system resilience.
  • Support developer productivity and enable fast, secure releases.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in cloud-native environments.
  • Expertise in Azure (AKS, Functions, App Services, Key Vault, etc.) and solid experience with AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Database experience with SQL and NoSQL systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking, load balancers, VPCs, and SSL certs.
  • Strong grasp of application security, IAM, and compliance standards.
  • Experience with observability stacks like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Clear English communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.

Perks and Benefits:

  • 100% remote – work from anywhere in LATAM.
  • Competitive USD-based compensation.
  • Join a truly global company with a diverse and inclusive team.
  • 10 days of PTO per year
  • Opportunities to shape infrastructure and engineering practices at scale.
  • A mission-driven culture focused on global growth, sustainability, and social impact.
