What Taylor Offers

We deliver value through two main pillars to solve the operational challenges of all companies by democratizing ERP using AI.

The first is the development of the AI Native Headless ERP platform "Tailor Platform™". We aim to redefine ERP, which supports the foundation of businesses worldwide, to be flexible and scalable, assuming the AI era in both how it is built and how end-users use it, thereby maximizing corporate value. Redesigning business logic with AI Agents as a premise and creating a core system that can be handled by both humans and AI – this is the theme we are tackling in this era.

The second is Professional Services. Using Tailor Platform, we delve deeply into our clients' operational challenges, consistently handling everything from pre-sales to identifying issues, designing solutions, implementation, and delivery. We go beyond backend construction on Tailor Platform to include frontend development, business consulting, and IT strategy/PMO support, directly addressing our clients' management issues.

These two pillars do not exist independently. Knowledge gained in Professional Services feeds back into Tailor Platform, and the evolution of Tailor Platform accelerates problem-solving in Professional Services – creating this cycle is at the core of our development style.

The Market Taylor is Challenging

The ERP market is a massive industry, accounting for approximately 30% of the entire software market. It is projected to reach $73 billion globally in 2026 and double to $281.5 billion by 2035 (Precedence Research). The domestic market is also expected to grow from over 5 trillion yen in 2024 to over 8.5 trillion yen by 2029.

However, more important than the market size is the fact that a large number of unresolved operational challenges remain in this domain. As the global trend shifts from "all-in-one packages" to "combinations of Best of Breed SaaS," companies face daily questions about how to structure complex business processes, how much to automate, and how to integrate AI. We stand at the forefront of addressing these questions as pioneers in this field.
