Our product is a unified litigation platform that enables lawyers and paralegals to safely harness the power of language models and agentic AI throughout the litigation life cycle. Since going to market, we have gained a diverse group of enterprise customers, including some of the biggest law firms and corporations in the country, and we are quickly expanding. By reducing the expense of litigation industry-wide, we aim to improve access to high-quality representation and promote the alignment of legal outcomes with merit.

  • About the Role

We are hiring a QA Automation Engineer to own the hands-on building of our test automation framework.

Responsibilities

  • Convert high-value regression suites into maintainable automated tests.
  • Engineer and maintain the core primitives—fixtures, selectors, and reusable components—that our internal AI test-writing agents consume to generate valid tests.
  • Actively monitor test run performance, optimize suite execution speed, and triage flaky tests to ensure high trust and signal in our continuous integration pipelines.
  • Take on automation-hard technical flows as assigned, steadily expanding your scope and technical judgment.
  • Flag framework gaps, tooling bottlenecks, and requirement ambiguities early to prevent downstream blockers and keep code reviews moving smoothly.
  • Perform targeted manual testing to safeguard product quality as we systematically expand automated coverage.

Qualifications

  • Significant professional experience in QA Automation, Test Engineering, or Software Engineering with a strong quality focus.
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern test automation frameworks and API test frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript or Python.
  • Experience integrating and debugging automated test suites within modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
  • Proven ability to design comprehensive test scenarios that uncover edge cases, race conditions, and integration risks using techniques like boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning.
  • A strong foundation in software testing methodologies, including test planning, defect lifecycles, and knowing what to test before deciding how to automate it .
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with or reviewing code generated by AI coding assistants or autonomous agents.
  • Familiarity with containerized testing workflows (Docker) and cloud-based test runners.
  • Experience testing data-intensive SaaS applications, document processing systems, or complex enterprise workflows.
  • Sharp code review skills and bug-finding capability.

Salary Range ($150K- $210K) plus health insurance and equity.
