We're expanding our network of Relationships, Dating & Sexuality Experts and seeking experienced relationship professionals, marriage and family therapists, relationship coaches, sexuality educators, and LGBTQ+ specialists.

We're recruiting professionals with deep expertise in one or more of the following specialties:

• Identifying healthy relationship patterns

Sexual Wellness & Intimacy

• Sexual wellness education
• Intimacy and connection in long-term relationships
• Navigating changes in sexuality during midlife
• Communicating sexual needs and expectations
• Understanding sexual health information and educational resources

Coming Out & LGBTQ+ Identity in Midlife

• Coming out in midlife or later adulthood
• LGBTQ+ identity exploration and personal transitions
• Navigating conversations with partners, children, and family members
• Managing changes in relationships and family dynamics
• Building supportive connections and community
• Navigating personal reinvention and identity transitions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of directly relevant professional experience in relationships, sexuality education, LGBTQ+ support, or related specialties.
• Recognized professional licenses, certifications, advanced qualifications, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Extensive experience supporting adults through relationship, intimacy, or identity transitions.
• Demonstrated experience using inclusive, evidence-informed approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, cultural competence, discretion, and professional judgment.
• Ability to provide educational and coaching-based guidance within Sam's service boundaries.

Relevant Professional Credentials

LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, licensed clinical psychologist (PhD/PsyD), AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator, AASECT Certified Sexuality Counselor, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, ICF ACC/PCC/MCC with documented relationship-coaching expertise, or equivalent professional qualifications.

Experts specializing in coming out or LGBTQ+ identity transitions must demonstrate substantial LGBTQ+ affirmative professional experience.

Qualifications must be directly relevant to the selected specialty. General relationship-coaching credentials alone do not establish qualification to provide specialized sexuality education.

What You'll Do

• Deliver focused, private virtual Sessions lasting up to 60 minutes.
• Provide evidence-informed relationship education and practical resources.
• Help clients understand relationship dynamics and navigate life transitions.
• Develop focused Session offerings within your specialization.
• Create actionable takeaways such as communication frameworks, conversation-planning tools, and educational resource guides.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Refer clients to licensed professionals when clinical treatment is needed.

Independent Contractor Terms

This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not traditional employment. U.S.-based Experts participate under 1099 arrangements.

Experts set their own Session rates within platform guidelines and are compensated for completed client bookings. Bookings and earnings are not guaranteed. Full marketplace terms are provided during the selection process.

Sam provides educational guidance, coaching, and practical resources—not psychotherapy, clinical sex therapy, mental health diagnosis, or treatment.
