About Us

At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top LATAM talent with fast-growing companies across the U.S. and globally. Our focus is on building long-term partnerships by delivering highly skilled professionals who thrive in remote, high-performance environments.

About the Client

Our client is a U.S.-focused legal marketing agency that helps law firms grow through Spanish-language advertising campaigns targeting Hispanic audiences. The agency manages paid media across a diverse portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads, signed cases, and profitable growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Paid Media to lead the paid media department, oversee campaign performance across a large client portfolio, and drive profitable growth. Reporting to the VP of Operations and CEO, you’ll lead and develop the media team, strengthen campaign strategies, optimize workflows, and explore new advertising opportunities to keep the agency competitive. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of paid media performance and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee paid media strategies across a diverse client portfolio, with a strong focus on Google Ads and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop paid media professionals through performance reviews, coaching, and ongoing training.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and billing accuracy, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights, forward-looking recommendations, and clear client reporting.
  • Test new advertising platforms, formats, and tactics, including emerging opportunities such as ChatGPT Ads.
  • Evaluate competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for clients and the agency.
  • Improve departmental workflows, processes, and playbooks to increase consistency, efficiency, and team performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, media strategy, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing paid media professionals.
  • Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
  • Strong experience developing paid media strategies, particularly across Google Ads, with ownership of campaign performance across a large client portfolio.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings as needed, including emergency meetings.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to build dashboards and reports and improve workflows.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with a charismatic, engaging, and personable style that builds trust and connects effectively with clients and team members.
  • Native Spanish proficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in legal marketing, lead generation, or other high-cost-per-lead industries.
  • Experience marketing to U.S. Hispanic audiences.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, CallTrackingMetrics, and Monday.com.
  • Experience testing emerging advertising channels and AI-driven marketing solutions.

Compensation

Starting at $5,000 per month in total compensation, combining base salary and performance-based bonuses, with flexibility based on experience and overall fit.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, during U.S. business hours

Paid Time Off

10 days
