R23 000 – R25 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Data Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. Role overview Remote Recruitment places South African talent with UK employers, and this is a full-time, 100% remote position working UK business hours.

In this role, you will own the accuracy of a UK company's data, from entry to clean-up. You will join a friendly team, work with clear processes, and have the support you need to do your best work from home. We look for people who are dependable, communicate clearly and take pride in getting the details right.

Key responsibilities Enter and update records accurately in company systems Clean and de-duplicate spreadsheets and databases Run simple reports and checks each week Flag data errors and follow them up Document data rules for the team What you'll need Experience in data entry or data administration, with examples of high accuracy Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including filters and lookups Familiarity with a CRM or database tool A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) Nice to have Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce Familiarity with Airtable Experience with simple pivot tables What's on offer A fixed monthly salary in rand Full-time remote work from anywhere in South Africa A long-term role with a UK employer Training, support and room to grow Apply today and tell us about a time your accuracy and reliability made a difference.
