Salary

R29 000 – R32 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Billing Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning accurate invoicing and billing for a UK business. Role overview You will make sure customers are billed correctly and on time. You will prepare invoices, resolve billing queries and keep records clean for the finance team.

Key responsibilities Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes Check billing data against contracts and orders Resolve billing queries with customers Reconcile billing records with the finance team Keep billing reports accurate for month-end What you'll need Experience in billing, invoicing or accounts administration Experience with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks Strong numeracy and attention to detail Clear written English for customer queries A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection Nice to have Experience with recurring or subscription billing Familiarity with UK VAT invoicing Experience with Excel reporting What's on offer This is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
