Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven PPC & SEO Specialist responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns and organic search strategies across multiple client accounts. The role focuses on improving website visibility, driving qualified traffic, maximising campaign performance, and achieving clients' digital marketing goals through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and performance reporting, along with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns for a variety of clients across Google AdWords.

• Conduct SEO audits and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic for client websites.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Monitor and analyse the performance of SEO and PPC strategies and make necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise client websites and landing pages for PPC and SEO

• performance.

• Keep abreast of PPC, SEO, and digital marketing trends and changes, ensuring our agency and our clients remain ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in marketing or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google AdWords) and implementing SEO strategies.

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

• Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.

Compensation, Benefits, and Work Setup

• Work Setup: Work from Home (WFH)

• Salary: PHP 35,000 per month

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Philippine Time)

• Benefits: Leave Credits and Government-Mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG)
