About Purpose Build Purpose Build is for future founders intent on building a company for the long term. You discover your life’s direction, and with our patient capital and community support, co-create a financially sustainable, purpose-led business.

We fund and help build businesses around problems that take a generation to solve. That means patient capital that leads to profitability: no fundraising treadmill, and no pressure toward exits that don’t serve the work.

The Program Each module is written work first, then a one-on-one session with your facilitator taking it further.

• Origin (your past): where your instincts came from, and the environments and early experiences that shaped how you read the world
• Uniqueness (your present): an honest picture of how you operate now, including the patterns, contradictions and tensions you’ve worked around without naming them
• Life Mission (your future): a direction that’s actually yours, built from your own history and the transformation you want to make for yourself and society
• Entrepreneurial Mastery (your practice): identifying a systemic social issue your business is committed to addressing, and creating a boring entry point to start a profitable, meaningful journey

How it runs

• Format: a 6-week sprint including online self-identity work, 1:1 sessions with a personal facilitator, and community access
• Journey: rolling intake, no cohorts. Start when you’re ready
• Cost: the introductory module is free. Purpose Build is S$2,500 (approx. A$2,800), an enrolment fee for successful applicants. Introductory pricing for a limited time, and slots are limited

Requirements

Eligibility : open to Australian citizens and permanent residents

Purpose Build is for people who:

• have a strong desire to become founders without taking the venture-backed path
• are serious about building a business, but don’t know where to start
• have a grand vision and need the right community to turn it into a business
• want space to reflect on their “why” before deciding how to start

This is for you if:

• you’re building something new with us
• you’re in it for the long problem, not a fast exit

Probably not, if:

• you want us to fund an existing or fixed business idea
• you’re chasing hypergrowth or a quick exit

Benefits

What you walk away with Graduates leave with the tools and a framework of self-understanding to pave their future work. They also meet our Investment Committee to explore whether their outcomes align with our mission and vision, which may lead to a co-build.

• Investment: graduates are eligible for investment, subject to further engagement with the Reapra Investment Committee and community

The partnership If we co-build, it’s one business, bootstrapped, compounding over time instead of raising round after round. The focus is self-sustaining profitability, reached fast. We’re in the business with you, not on a board seat, with regular engagement and real co-learning. You also join a community of founders we’ve backed across six markets.
