Role overview

We are looking for a SAP ABAP Developer to join Quality & Reliability (QnR) and work on SAP projects for our clients across Europe. You will own the technical side of delivery, guide a team of junior developers and turn business needs into reliable, high performing solutions on S/4HANA.

Requirements

What you'll work on:

• Translating business requirements into clear technical designs and clean, maintainable ABAP code
• Building and enhancing SAP solutions with ABAP and ABAP Objects, BAdIs, enhancements, BAPIs, IDocs, function modules, ALV reports, CDS views and ABAP Development Tools (ADT)
• Integrating SAP with other enterprise systems and supporting the related interfaces
• Writing and maintaining technical specifications, test cases and project documentation
• Investigating and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively
• Reviewing code to safeguard quality and performance
• Coaching and supporting junior developers within the team
• Contributing to planning and estimations, and keeping stakeholders informed about progress and risks

What you bring:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar technical field
• 4+ years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer
• Hands on experience with S/4HANA and SAP HANA
• Working knowledge of SAP Fiori
• A solid understanding of relational database concepts and of structured data formats such as XML and JSON
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English

Nice to have:

• SAP PI/PO integration experience on S/4HANA implementations
• Previous experience leading or mentoring developers
