Powered by a proven processing infrastructure and deep operational expertise , QORE combines enterprise-level governance with fast onboarding and robust integrations - so partners can grow confidently, compliantly, and efficiently.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst & Configuration Specialist to join our team. You'll own the configuration and performance of our payment gateway, making sure transactions flow smoothly, processors perform at their best, and our clients get the reliability they expect.

If you know the iGaming payments landscape and enjoy turning data into decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Handle the technical setup and configuration of new clients on the gateway
  • Monitor performance through the gateway and our internal reporting portal
  • Analyze transaction data, processor performance, and changes in results
  • Implement changes and optimizations based on analysis, operational needs, or supervisor direction
  • Communicate with processors to resolve issues and keep operations running without interruption
  • Proactively spot and respond to deviations, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Keep accurate, well-organized records of configurations, changes, issues, and outcomes
  • Track tasks, activities, and statuses in Jira consistently and precisely
  • Monitor the impact of implemented changes and maintain clear visibility over results

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry (mandatory)
  • Solid understanding of approval rates and the factors that influence them
  • Experience with payment gateways, payment processors, or transaction routing
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with transaction data and performance metrics
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured, organized way of working
  • Clear, professional communication with clients and external partners
  • Experience with Jira or similar task-tracking tools
  • Proactive mindset, able to act quickly when something looks off
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation
  • Budget for tools, learning, and professional development
  • Long-term incentives aligned with company growth
