About Qevlar AI
Qevlar is a B2B SaaS scale-up on a mission to boost the productivity of cybersecurity teams with Artificial Intelligence. We build an AI platform that transitions Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations.
In just three years, we have:
-
Raised a total of $44m in series-A & seed rounds from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech
-
Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense
-
Grown to 1,500+ clients across the US and EMEA
-
Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR, and we're targeting $25M by the end of 2027
Put a one liner here about the role, for example: We're now looking for our first full-time (CDI) People Operations Specialist to help us structure, support, and elevate our fast-growing team in Paris.
What you will do
-
Own Qevlar’s service-provider revenue: partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR from MSSPs, MDRs and other service providers, tracked separately from day one.
-
Build our partner program v1 in your first 90 days: a partner margin model on per-alert pricing, tiering, enablement and certification, deal registration, and written rules of engagement with our direct sales team.
-
Recruit and launch new MSSPs across DACH, Benelux, the Nordics and the UK, then the US.
-
Grow our existing partners through activation, consumption growth and a regular QBR cadence with each one.
-
Negotiate at C-level inside telco-scale partners, including sovereignty and bring-your-own-cloud deployments, and resolve channel conflict with our regional sales leaders.
-
Build and lead the Partners team: start as a player-coach, then hire a Channel Partner Manager and a Partner Sales Engineer as partner pipeline grows.
Who you are
-
You’ve built a vendor-side MSSP program from scratch to production revenue at a Series B to D security company, rather than inheriting a mature one.
-
You’ve carried a partner-sourced revenue number, not an alliances or activity scorecard.
-
You understand consumption-based partner economics and can build a partner P&L on usage or per-alert pricing.
-
You know how a SOC runs and can discuss triage and investigation economics (MTTI, MTTR, alert tiering, analyst cost per alert) with a SOC delivery director.
-
You’re based in EMEA with real DACH exposure, comfortable with enterprise contracting (MSAs, sovereignty requirements), and happy to travel around 40% of the time.
-
You’re fluent in English. German or French, and existing relationships with leading European MSSPs, are a strong plus.
Why join us
-
Work on meaningful problems with real-world impact in cybersecurity
-
A high-impact role in a small, international, fast-moving team where your contributions directly shape the company and its success
-
Shape the future of a product already making noise in AI + security circles
-
A company culture that values autonomy and creativity
-
Opportunity for equity and early ownership
-
We’re flexible on location - you can either work from home or join your colleagues in our beautiful office in Paris’ 9th arrondissement.
If you’re excited about helping security teams adopt cutting-edge AI, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s build the future of cybersecurity together!
