Expert ICT & Incubators As an Expert in the ICT & Incubators programme, you bring proven experience with digital transformation that improves productivity, efficiency and market access, or with strengthening business incubation to help young entrepreneurs turn ideas into viable enterprises.

You understand the challenges SMEs face and how this contributes to innovation, job creation and sustainable growth. Are you ready to drive change within the ICT & Incubators programme worldwide and make a real impact? This is your opportunity!

Your expertise Do you bring hands-on experience across one of these main areas: digital transformation, incubator development or core business management? Digital experts should have practical experience in areas such as ERP and CRM implementation, e-commerce, digital marketing, data analytics, AI adoption, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and e-learning Incubator experts should understand programme design, start-up coaching, business modelling, product-market fit, investment readiness, sustainable incubator models and ecosystem collaboration Business management experts with practical experience in strategy, finance, marketing, sales, operations, organisational development and impact measurement using digital solutions are also encouraged to apply Who are you?

You bring around 10 years of relevant experience and strong coaching, facilitating and train-the-trainer capabilities. You are eager to operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse and changing circumstances. You are authentic, resilient, humble and have a dynamic and can-do mentality.

You value cultural differences, interact with equality and respect, and can adapt solutions to diverse, resource-constrained environments to turn advice into measurable results and a practical plan. You have excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. Bonus points for French or Spanish proficiency!

You are digitally savvy and comfortable using digital tools, including Office 365 and PUM’s app. Interested in remote projects? PUM actively promotes remote projects, creating more inclusive and sustainable opportunities for knowledge sharing worldwide.

Remote advisory projects involve working with a client online over several months to support their development plan, share knowledge and experience, and act as a trusted sparring partner. Our beautiful office in The Hague is available as a workspace and we welcome you to use our facilities and connect with the wider PUM community.
